No. Padre is an AI coach. It can encourage you, pray with you and help you keep a rule of life, but it is not a priest, a therapist, a doctor or an emergency service. For confession and spiritual direction, go to a priest; for your health, see a doctor.

• iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Padre.
• Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Padre.
• Bought on usepadre.com: in Padre, open You, then Manage subscription.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

In the app, open You, then Padre Pro, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with. If it still doesn’t work, write to us.

Purchases in the app are refunded by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (your order history), under their rules. For a subscription bought on usepadre.com, write to us.

In the app, open You, then Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything in it, and anything left in backups is gone within 30 days. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel that first. If you can no longer sign in, write to us from the email on your account.

Yes. Open You, then Privacy and your data, then Download my data. You get one file with everything Padre holds about you.

Open You, then Privacy and your data. You can clear what Padre has learnt about you, clear your logs, or delete your account. To stop all processing of your data, delete your account or write to us.

Only you, and Padre’s AI when it replies to you. Your confession preparation never leaves your phone. We never sell your data and there are no ads.

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we will email you a link. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.
